Dash Talents LLC Return Policy
At Dash Talents LLC, all merchandise is produced on-demand, meaning items are custom-made when orders are placed. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at info@dashtalents.com with your order details and photos of the damaged product for review. If the claim is approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment may be returned to our facility or deemed undeliverable by the courier. In such cases:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
- We cannot issue a refund for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
US-Based Merch Store
Our merchandise store is based in the United States and currently ships to U.S. addresses only.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand products, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or any reason other than damage or defect.
